Tano is a biogas farm that produces biogas from animal manure and also stabilizes animal manure and turns it into fertilizer. It is a biogas plant. The plant is a biogas plant that operates a cogeneration system with a capacity of approximately 65 kWe within its own structure. The plant provides its own heat needs from the heat boiler and engine heat installed in the exhaust of the cogeneration system. In this context, the plant’s process studies, technical support for assembly, administrative and machine room architectural drawings, Technical consultancy services were provided for biogas balloon repair and installation, personnel training and commissioning of the facility. During the balloon installation and field inspection processes, field work was carried out by going to the field in person.

This system is a wastewater treatment plant established using the UASB anaerobic reactor. The plant inspection was carried out, the necessary training was given to the personnel, the necessary sludge calculations were made for the commissioning of the plant and anaerobic sludge loading was carried out, and the daily analysis of the plant was taken into account. Wastewater loading quantities were determined and loading was done and the facility was successfully put into operation. Engineering support was provided by staying in the field for 9 days, then remote technical support was provided for 1 month.
